Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TerraScape Fontainebleau Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

TerraScape Fontainebleau Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found on site, changes in scope of work, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. If legal action is necessary to collect payment, you agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees and collection costs.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case by case basis.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that the property is safe for our team to work. This includes securing pets, marking underground utilities, and removing any obstacles that could interfere with the work.

We will take reasonable care to protect your property during our work, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials typically come with a 30 day guarantee, provided that you follow our care instructions. Hardscaping and installation work is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship. Natural settling or acts of nature are not covered under our warranty.

Limitation of Liability

TerraScape Fontainebleau Landscaping will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Weather and Force Majeure

We may need to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
